Created the graphic for the launch of Signal Beacon

I'm launching Beacon, a new feature of Signal, on Product Hunt tomorrow morning. I want this one to be big, so I designed a nice animated graphic for the icon. Take a look at the still version of the gif (indie hackers doesn't allow uploading gifs) and let me know what you think Signal Beacon does.
