Creating A Full-Service Marketing Agency

Hello Everyone,
This is my first post ever on Indie Hackers.

A little background: I am from Toronto, Canada. I've been a marketing enthusiast for a few years now, I recently went abroad to teach English (pre-COVID) and now I work in business development for a marketing agency.

Today I would like to propose a question for you all. What are you on this site to achieve? I feel the answer should be to create a business.

If you are tired of waiting around or tired of working in your job, I'd like to ask you to partner up with me. You can keep your day job (I know I will) but I really want to find people that want to get things done,

I am currently searching for 2-3 people. A web developer, A videographer/photographer, and someone who wants to start a business from the ground up with marketing!
