Creating a startup growth stack

5 years ago I just started my first company. And honestly, I didn’t know what I was doing.

I was constantly looking for tactics and trying to hack it together. Every day looking for new ideas, but feeling like I was constantly starting from scratch.

Once that company failed I set out for myself to figure out what I did wrong. I moved to London and started working for early-stage tech companies with the goal of learning.

Every evening I read and studied the great marketers and product managers like Andrew Chen, Brian Balfour and Seth Godin. I documented everything on my G-Drive and during the day I would propose and implement new marketing campaigns and product experiments.

I still follow this process extending my personal knowledge base each day. The gained expertise led me to now managing an international growth team at Seneca Learning and coaching first-time entrepreneurs at Imperial College.

But I've started to notice that many others are going through the same struggles as I did and so might you. I don’t wish you to trial and error the same things for the coming years, so I've decided to start making my knowledge base with frameworks, tactics, templates and scripts accessible.

It’s a new side-project that I've just begun hoping to connect with many like-minded entrepreneurs, marketers, and product people.

To make it as useful as possible for others I'm starting with a series of interviews over the coming weeks. Let me know if you're interested in talking "growth" and share your stories.

I'm very curious about what growth challenges you are facing - so maybe you can drop it in the comments too. Perhaps I or someone else already has something that can help.

What's the #1 thing on your mind when thinking about growing your product?

And do let me know if you're interested in having a virtual coffee.
