Creating personal brand while being employed

Hi all,

What i am gonna talk about is not necessarily seen as entrepreneurship by others. However, after trying to run my own company, I've come to a different definition of entrepreneurship for myself. So that it covers creating a personal brand and taking it from there.

I am being employed in a niche market for a small company. I would like to create a personal brand for myself so that people from the industry know if they have any questions related to my specialization, they should talk to me. I started doing it by running regular related posts from my linkedin profile. For my posts I use publicly available data without touching any confidential data of my employer.

Does anyone have a similar experience/tips how to most efficiently create a personal brand while being employed?
