The idea is simple:

Visitors see whatever content was uploaded for the current second of the day.
The content repeats every day, forever.

Justin, sorry, my previous statement sounded very judgemental. The page feels empty and not visually appealing. If I had to do it myself it would probably look even worse, so can't tell you what should be different. I just like the idea.
Turn it into an embeddable widget of sorts for fundraising? :)

Well, I appreciate the criticism! The design leaned toward unobtrusive / minimal because I figured the idea alone was "whacky" enough for people to grok at first and then once understood, get out of the viewers viewing intention: look at a new image.
