Creators, Curators, and Content Consumers, Would You Use This?

The Idea
I'm building a micro-blogging system with social features (Like, Comment, Subscribe, etc) that also implements freemium subscriptions and other ways for users to monetize their content. The main idea is to be able to have a free subscription level for posts and let users create additional paid subscription tiers for their premium content.
