Credibility and work validation community for freshers

There are tons on platforms for freshers and individuals to learn new job-ready skills. Though learning new skills has become easy, finding a decent job as a fresher is still a challenge.

On the other hand companies/startups don't like to trust freshers with their projects and given a choice would only prefer experienced candidates.

I am currently building a gated community for freshers where they can list their skills and it will be validated by other skilled members of the community. The validation process will be anonymous to reduce bias. Once the validation is complete they will become a member and other members who helped with validation will get rewarded.
