Critical thinking extends way beyond business and career. Life decisions require an ability to think critically and laterally (and not just follow established norms). So, yes, I care about continually developing my ability to think critically.
Do you actively do anything to work on it @TheRightFive? Keen to know if you do and what you do if so.
I seek out alternative opinions and make sure I don't live in an echo chamber. Also, I try to learn something new to keep the brain working but that's about it...
