Critique my app landing page

For a while now, I have been working on this new app (ClearMoney)...

I decided to challenge myself to build a useful and functional Progressive Web App (PWA for short) in order to explore how similar the experience is to native apps.

The idea was to replace my good-old budgeting spreadsheet with an app that could track my expenses and balances automatically. Then, I added some charts to visualize my cash flow and spending categories. And then, I added a way to set my budget and saving goals.

It's finally starting to feel stable and I'm looking for people to help me test it and give feedback! More specifically... how are you tracking your budgets, and how does it compare? Does it meet your requirements and what do you think about the UX?

The entire discovery and download process happen on the landing page (clearmoney.io instead of an app store) but I would argue that it's less friction.

PS. Have you created any PWAs? What are some things you did to make it feel frictionless? And does your app support notifications?

    I really like the overall design of your website - it’s consistent, has a beautiful color scheme, and you make it easy to follow through the narrative. Some of the things I noticed/ would recommend:

    • Correct the spelling mistake in the Headline, “View all your money inone place”
    • Create an individual section for security - it’s one of the most important aspects for people when using a personal finance app. Consider some of the following questions: How is data encrypted (e.g. in transit and at rest)? What privacy considerations have you made (e.g. does the user keep full control over their data or are you selling it to third parties)? How do you make the infrastructure secure (e.g. hosted on a secure cloud infrastructure that does x,y,z)?
    • Make all the testimonials visible. I can see that you have a bunch of user testimonies, which is awesome! Right now, I have to expand the webpage a lot before I can see them (didn't even notice that you had so many at first). It’s an amazing asset, so I would make sure that people can see them without having to go full screen (e.g. use a carousel so users can scroll through).

    Either way, it looks like a great product, so good luck with everything!

    Nice idea Andrian,
    A great example of a founder problem that became an idea. I was using https://finanzguru.de/ as an app to track my finances but it's so bloated.

    There are some improvements to be made in your messaging (the security aspect of handling people's money info) and design (show the product UI more).

    But the overall issue I have is not being able to check it out without leaving my email, from a UX perspective you are asking a lot before giving anything first (aka let me play around with it first). Also the transition from desktop to mobile has a lot of friction so consider that. (maybe QR or something)

      The landing page for this looks pretty clean though, it made me want to explore it. I wonder if you find ClearMoney more streamlined though, give it a try and let me know!
