I think you need to have product shots in addition to your video. Some people like video but others don't have the patience. Your landing has 5 seconds to grab someones attention, and pictures will help.

I like the video – I think you should keep it. Below the video, I think you should have some product shots alongside text that describes features/benefits.

Looks awesome but I was surprised when clicking "Try RealTalk" started downloading a DMG file.
Very good point, thanks for bringing this up. What do you think the best solution is? Change the text to say "Download RealTalk"?
I struggled to choose between first downloading the app, then signing up vs signing up first, then downloading. Curious as to what people prefer.
I think just updating the copy could be a good first step. Or you could send them to a sign-up form when they click the "Try RealTalk", and redirect to a landing page w/ a link to download the client from there.
Personally I feel like the second option would be the most natural long-term. And once you have their email you can reach out and sell the product, but if they download the client and don't use it you've lost them as a prospect.
Looks good, just one note. You might want to left align your text. Small amounts of centered text is ok and readable. But large amounts of centered text is hard to read.

Love the site, it’s clean, the video really explains everything you need and I think it’s awesome how it’s your family in it and not just actors or coworkers, psychologically, it makes me want to support you more.

It's a nice clean LP. Like the Smiley at the top.
But it may be too simple for larger companies to get interested. You need to address security, retention and other concerns to get larger teams interested.
Yeah, for sure. Trying to start with smaller companies who can make a decision pretty quickly.

Thanks for the feedback! I wanted to show how you can use it beside your day-to-day apps... but I struggled to figure out what to load up in the browser, so I just went with Google. You think I should just have a blank desktop?

Check their demo vid/gif in their frontpage to get some ideas. Put something meaningful, instead of just putting a blank google page :)
Super clean, nice typography (who doesn't love a bit of Apercu). The video does a great job of communicating what your app does quickly. Most importantly, the app itself looks very well put together. A fantastic start!
The only criticism I have is that the site leans slightly too minimal. I actually think that's completely fine at first, but you'll definitely want to add a bit more at some point if only as a trust indicator.
