Hello,
I am a long time lurker here posting for the first time after a lot of reading here and coding i have finally launched my website https://www.signmyemails.com
It allows users to create HTML email signatures for them and their teams. All email signatures are tested on various email clients including outlook and mobile devices.
Would love to hear your feedback on this.
Thanks
Hi Badal, congrats on your launch. It's a clean page with nice design, I appreciate that you have a free tier and that you do not force an email to be taken.
It would be nice to see if there was a disclaimer saying that if we input our info that none of it is cached or used without us signing up. This could allow some piece of mind as we would most likely be putting up some info on our businesses that we all have worked hard on.
Thanks again for sharing, and best of luck.
Thank you, Allen.
i will think about adding a disclaimer.
Hi Badal,
Overall, I think it's quite effective, the main copy at the top explains it well and the usage of imagery really explains the concept well! As a prospective customer, I get the value here and so in my opinion the landing page does a great job of communicating what is being sold.
I also really like the usage of '60 seconds' in the secondary headline, really helps explain how easy it is to use and how I will get results fast.
The only critique I have are the examples near the bottom. On my desktop view they are really pixelated and makes the design of the landing page look less professional. I would consider putting a fixed width on that portion of the page or reducing the width more so it's not as pixelated (increasing the # per row).
Lastly, I think the page overall could use a bit more design tweaks. It looks pretty good, but with a bit more polish I think could look like the landing pages from top products.
This is a total plug for a site I'm working on, but checkout this landing page example.
http://www.goodwalrus.com/item/sudoapp
Two things which I think could be used from this example are the following:
-Vertically center the text with each image, on your page it's kind of aligned top a bit. Also
-I really like what sudoapp does on the bottom with those blue containers. Might be something you can try doing with the examples on your page so it's a bit more contained and really makes the signatures look great. When a user sees those example signatures, they should be thinking "wow, those are so much better than mine".
Overall I think it's quite good though! Nice work.
Cheers,
Andre
Thank you for your feedback.
i will test and fix the pixelated images issue and look into the sudoapp page design.
I love the landing page - it's super clean, and explains exactly what the product does, and what value it brings (60 seconds for a beautiful email sig).
Congrats on launching! Keep us updated.
Thank you :)
I will keep you updated.
Looks amazing, really nice job.
Thank You, Craig.
is the selling point here the management of signatures? because its quite easy to find signature generators online. does each person in my company count as 1/50 signatures? what if i have more than 50 people in my company?
those were points i was a little unclear on.
yes, the selling point is management of email signature for now.
Soon i will implement a gSuite(Google apps) integration which will allow companies to manage/update email signatures for all their employees. Companies will be able to update their promotional banners or taglines in all their employees signatures with a single click.
Yes, each person counts as 1/50 signatures. for now it is limited to 50 signatures i will add an unlimited signatures plan.
Thank you for your honest feedback.
this was interesting: http://xink.io, basically their pitch is to the businesses to force their employees to adopt signatures because it's good marketing. does this mean that employees actually don't want to use company signatures? (hadn't occurred to me) may be worth figuring out who your customer is and what they want. your landing page is nice btw.
Thank you for sharing this i will look into it.
It's very cool, I liked your site, but I already made my signature for email on the site https://newoldstamp.com/ It's very convenient.
Greetings Badal, just wanted to say - well done, really great job, I loved the style of the website, it's pretty plain and easy to use. Great, but maybe you should add some more instructions about how to add your signature to the email etc. like these guys did https://newoldstamp.com/, it will be easier for people to understand and work with your product. But it just my opinion, anyway well done.
Thank you for your feedback.
I am already working on adding instructions on how to create and install signatures in the email clients.
Hi Badal, nice idea and congrats on launching! Just a small suggestion: There are a couple of mentions of html on your landing page. Since HTML is an acronym, I'd suggest you change it to uppercase and keep it consistent.
Nice catch, i will fix it.
I think that the section 'SignMyEmails is used and loved by all types of professionals' should be the first thing. Most people don't know what HTML is, but if they see these examples when hit the page, they'll know what you're talking about.

yes, i will change the title.
i will add another section on my landing page with list of all email clients it can be used with.
i think adding a 60 second or less video with an quick explanation on how the service works will do that.
I will add all the advantages on my lading page.
Thank you for your feedback and taking the time out of your busy day.
