Critique my personal blog/site

I went your web site. Here's what I thoughts;

In this case, let's think that I do not know you.

1. First section is not cristial clear for me. I could not understand why I should I talk with you. You should give your target audience reason to believe. I think that you should also change the your first message. It's now "Just Another Ambitious Startup Guy", but why? Why should they talk with you. This message should give the reason to keep scrool your target audience.

2. About welcome section, I can say that there are too many words in there. You should keep it short in this section also. Try to focus your why, and give this reason also in there. If I were you, I would put three things, which I do best for my target audience, to welcome section.

3. Last thing is about your navbar. If you give another website link from your navbar, you should open new tab and direct your reader. If the another website open same tab, probably your reader is not gonna come back your web-site.
