CRM and Marketing Automation on the cheap

Hello everyone! I want to hear what products/software/service you use for sales, CRM, and marketing automation for your startup. I have used Hubspot, Salesforce, and others in the past, but would like to hear what else people use that costs less for small teams and small budgets!

We had built a customized CRM from no-code platform DronaHQ which empowered our sales team to-

    1. Capture leads from multiple sources like email, web, or manually and lead scoring
    2. Integration with Zoom
    3. Analytics to monitor lead
    4. Effectively distributing the lead among the sales team.
    5. Provided a variety of lead conversion tools.

We use SF for my company. For side projects I just use spreadsheets.

I've heard good things about Klayvio, it may be more tailored to ecommerce but it's worth a loot.

Most people here ( me being one ) would love to have a need for any of those. I think maybe the marketing automation is the only one that folks tend to use first ( since everyone here is doing marketing before building their product, right --- right?! )

Buffer seems to be the go to tool for automating your social media posts although I know there are many alternatives.

If you are lucky to have sales it seems folks tend to gravitate to the new apps like Intercom that now apart from the chat popup have the kitchen sink built in - and the price to match - so I guess that fails your "cheap" requirement.
I haven't yet had enough sales to justify a cheap CRM so can't really help there.
