CRM API Choice Overload

I am working on a product at the moment that will be a CRM and statistics platform for transit agencies.
I want to have messaging and statistics in my app.

I want to be able to integrate statistics from customers complaints into my app and allow the transit call center to take Facebook, sms, and Twitter sessions.

I have looked at hubspot and it seems like a lot, but I'm not sure that when they say developers they mean integrate into your app, but you can integrate into theirs.

What are people using to build their own CRM tools?

Hopefully I got rid of all of the duplicates. I can assure you that I am not a bot and this was not some sort of weird 4/20 joke or artistic statement about being overloaded.

I am not a bot and I am just truly just interested if others have some nice api's or if this is still just Twilio.

For @csallen it seems like there might be an issue with submission on firefox android... I kept pressing submit and I didn't get any feedback that it was submitting. it would just take me to another page and ask me if I wanted to submit. if i tried to leave it kept warning me that all my changes would be lost *shrug
