CRM for Indie Hackers?
I'm in the market for a new CRM. I was using Intercom but since I stopped using Intercom, I'm in need of a new one. I'm looking for something free or relatively cheap that has good integrations. UX is also very important to me. Any suggestions?
I'm now using HelpScout for chat/support.
I'm not sure what integrations you specifically need but here's a couple to checkout:
Hubspot CRM (https://www.hubspot.com/products/crm) is free - I used it a couple of years ago and it was pretty good for the price!
If you're more interested in the analytical side (tracking what a user did) Mixpanel (https://mixpanel.com/pricing/) actually works pretty well and is free up to 1000 tracked users.
