CRM for Startup (SaaS) features - What is important?

I am working on niche-ing out my CRM for specific verticals and was thinking the Startup (SaaS) vertical might be one that I have some experience in and can make a pilot.

What are some of the features that are must haves, and/or different from the stock general purpose CRM's out there that would be useful in this industry?
