CRM Recommendations
I'm currently in full blown sales mode for my product and was wondering what sales CRM everyone is using. I would traditionally use Salesforce, but its expensive and unneeded for my use case.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a simple CRM that has integrations with Linkedin? Or some tool that makes it easy to grab a constants linked info like job title and company ect and import it?
Currently I am just using a spreadsheet and template I found online, which is fine, but the drag is having to manually copy and paste info into it sucks..., but must be done.
Now back to sales!!
One that my SME customers keep talking about is Workbooks. It's a decent firm, I think it's grown to about 100 staff and the advantage is that everything's in one place. It runs everything from orders to analytics to sales and the extra organisation it gives you will help everything from sales to analytics so you can scale more easily.
With Workbooks, it's all included so you'll have to configure it but it's all there so you can do everything you need. It costs way less than Salesforce and they do a thing where they split the cost of implementation with you. It's handy.
They integrate with all the major stuff. There's an integration platform you can get and that'll do it.
They're worth a call.
that's exactly what we do with makesales.io :) chrome extension with built-in email finder to import a profile with the click of a button. I do believe that CRMs are "dumb" though, they only tell you what you told them.

I am currently working on an CRM system. Would love to talk about the features that you would like to see and what kind of things you expect of a CRM.
I have used streak and was pretty happy with it. Very light weight. Good Gmail integration.
Let me know what you come up with, if you go with a general CRM or something industry specific. I'm working on a niche CRM.
