CRM recommendations for an industrial startup
What is your recommendation for a CRM for a team who are setting up an industrial business so they need a CRM which manages the contacts of more than just sales leads but suppliers and stakeholders (local government departments etc) - would need to be able to categorise the leads and maybe send different email updates to different categories for example
Any suggestions welcome! Hoping to unearth a gem I may have not come across in google!
That I found is the disconnect between functions. A crm usually just does that.
Start with a simple flexible setup and build your workflow for contacts, suppliers, and other entities you interact with. Then even get your teams records.
I long gave up on off the shelf crm solutions as they end up doing nothing that useful. Customising my own entities relationship using some basic open source foundation works a charm.
