Hi Guys
I'm finding it hard to manage the relationships with potential customers/ users/ influencers, They are spread everywhere. Email, LinkedIn, Twitter. Any suggestions for a tool that allow me to integrate my emails, social media accounts and help me see all these relationships at one place .
Thanks a ton in advance

Also looking for tools regarding this purpose.
I'm using a couple of tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive etc but always eager to try new things.
Have you tried FullContact @abhi426
Check out Attio it’s specifically designed to do this!
This looks nice. How long is the waiting list? Trying out a few CRM's in the market.
Despite the current situation we’re still rolling out access to everyone on the waitlist and are making progress every day - no doubt that we’ll be sending over an invite asap!
Thanks. This looks very good. Can’t wait to get the access
Hey @alexjvale thanks for sharing. Would love to try, what's the next step after request access?
We’re slowly bringing in batches of users and the waitlist is pretty long. By the end of March we’ll be pretty much set for anyone who wants to try it being able to!
I started using Close.com a few months ago. It is mainly for email, but you could probably use integrations and Zapier to set up a two way merge. Might be worth checking out!
Sure. I see close is quite expensive. Is it worth the cost. Did you try the likes of zoho etc. Any reasons why you chose close?
Close has an option for small companies, this is the plan we're currently on. We will probably upgrade for sequences soon: https://close.com/plans/starter/
As context, we're 4 years in with 100+ clients. Until this point, we've operated our sales off of a spreadsheet and used Yesware for email cadences. We're primarily using close for outbound sales and to follow up with leads that create an account on our site.
I compared Close to Pipedrive, Salesforce and Hubspot. Close won out for a few reasons:
If you're looking for free / cheap CRMs I've heard that Streak is good but I don't have personal experience with it. I haven't heard many positive reviews of Zoho.
Sounds like a great idea to build!
😊 only if you had said this a couple of years ago.

Wouldn't zen desk be more of a helpdesk tool? What I would like is if I'm having a conversation withs someone on linkedin or twitter , that can be seen through the tool so that I have the context of our conversations. Similar to how email conversations are integrated to the crm tools.
helpdesk may be relvant here but I think crm would be more appropriate I believe. What do you think?
