Cross plattform analytics?

Hi everybody,

I have an active cross-platform mobile app. I check the following numbers daily:

• Apple reviews
• Apple in-app purchases
• Apple downloads
• Google subscriptions
• Google active devices
• Firebase
• Cognito users
  ....

So you get the idea. Are you using any tools for this use case?
It would be sufficient for apple and google subscriptions. Especially, getting subscribers in Apple is really annoying.

How are you handling this?
