Crossing the finish line is hard for some, easy for others

Some people are really good at just getting things done while other's seem to be good at strategy, vision, ideating and brainstorming.

Starting things is fun. Exciting. And I can't get enough of the start.
Then I kick things off and get to a point where the friction picks up, and there are a lot of mundane tasks and if I'm alone and my motivation slips away, often the thing fizzles out and never sees the light of day.

This is often fine when I'm spiking on a side project to learn something. I end up learning the thing and beating the challenge "to see if i can do a thing" and i'm satisfied enough and its just fine to be done with it in an "unfinished" state.

But when you're the only hustler on your company that you're building in the nights and weekends, it's hard to keep going if you're not a natural task executioner.

If you are a strategist and a visionary type, how do you keep going when you're indie hacking on your thing?
