Crowd-sourcing vital information about businesses in the age of COVID-19

For many of us still living in cities (i'm currently in my NYC 200 sq ft box), the risk of exposure to COVID-19 is still pretty high even when exercising extreme caution and social distancing. Shopping, whether for essentials or for late night snacks, has become a dangerous game of predicting when there won't be large amounts of foot traffic.
