Crowdsourced Composting

Was thinking of an idea based on the fact that we always compost our eggshells, coffee grinds and all that, but end up throwing most of it away -
connecting private homes, coffee shops, and other places that produce a lot of compostable materials with farmers and others who would benefit from it - buy from these people for pennies on the dollar while those places (private people included) are able to profit from otherwise useless trash - helps the environment and the pocket!

Would really appreciate thoughts and feedback - any chance this is viable?
