Crypto tracker and tax web app Beta - Progress Update #3

OK progress update for the last 3 months:

In my last post I talked about setting up the scaffolding for a lot of the code I was going to have to write to get Moonscape as a crypto portfolio and tax tracker off the ground.

These last few months involved filling in each of those pieces. Taking the vision on paper and working hard to bring it to life.

What I have now is rough working UI, with CSV trade/transaction imports, API imports from Coinbase and Binance, and position calculation. See screenshot :)

That's my beta feature set that I'll launch with soon. I'll add the Tax calculation after however, most of the code for it is already done. I want to see how the imports behave in real life and how users respond to being able to view their crypto in one place.

I've also started to dedicate time to audience-building and content creation. This morning I posted a twitter thread explaining what Bitcoin wallets are.

The content creation take almost as much time as coding 😂 I've also got up my landing site up at moonscape.app
