CTO for Esports Event Sponsorship Platform

Victor's Gold is looking for a CTO/Tech Lead to fuel the development of our esports tournament platform and game modes.
Business Description
Victor's Gold develops platforms for sponsored esport tournaments and for-money gaming events. We provide Online and In-Person operators with white label instances of the VG platform. Tournaments and events are run on VG's owned game modes, which are built in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
Role
This is a Co-Founder position with equity compensation.
The CTO/TL will be partnering with VG's CEO to expand the company's game content and global footprint, while maturing critical infrastructure.
In this role, the CTO/TL will be responsible for:
Key technical infrastructure decisions.
Writing code.
Participating in the hiring process.
Managing the dev team as the company grows.
Technologies
-PHP and Laravel
-AWS EC2 and Security groups.
-Microservice architecture
-Mastery of git branching concepts
-Demonstrated abilities to manage development projects
AWS Fargate, kubernetes, docker compose or other orchestration experience a plus
