CTO is so lazy he made an AI auto-responder to turn his grunts into beautiful support messages 😂

My buddy Anis has to answer tons of emails for his pretty successful solo project.

But he's a cliché of a bearded dev and hates doing Support.

He basically grunts at customers, saying stuff like: "kk no" or "I'll check"...

Being a marketer I was always making comments on how outrageous his answers were, but he would brush them off and do his thing, until...ChatGPT!

Last week he surprised us with a Chrome extension that turns his mumble rant into the most professional, understanding, kind, customer support person ever.

I almost don't recognize him anymore.

He's obviously not gonna to do any marketing so me posting here could be the beta, launch, and whole marketing plan forever... sigh

Great post! It's impressive how Anis was able to use technology to improve his customer support approach.

    This is awesome!
I've been working in Support for some years (tech support for a Saas years ago, Social Media for big brands now), and I can really understand how your friend feels.
Not only the time and effort needed to read and answer every email but also the emotive stress and its repetition make this activity a huge pain.
Maybe in the future support, people will be completely replaced by these tools (I don't think so), but for now, we should just leverage them to do our job in a more relaxed and "detached" way.

Just downloaded the extension. Not a fan of the bubble inside all inputs, is there a way to remove it?

maybe you should ..create a support ticket
