CTO needed for a suite of businesses that serve Discord Server owners/mod. Full-stack; proven track record.

I'm building a number of businesses that all serve Discord communities in ways that Discord does not: monetization, member growth, activity and moderation.

For well-experienced developers with leadership, project management experience and could be willing to go semi-full-time with us, we're looking for a CTO cofounder. Sweat-equity opportunity.

Also, we're open to hearing from interested competent web devs for junior positions, too: fluency with git, javascript, typescript, mysql, node.js, Python. React.js - all or most of these skills, write me.

I'm the founder and CEO of https://ritekit.com (4 social media marketing productivity SaaS products + 25 data and functional APIs https://ritekit.com/api-demo/ ; - all bootstrapped 100%, 9 years cash-flow positive).

For the last three years, I've built an uber-active community of over 6,000 members in Discord: this is our proving ground.

From developing an online community, and using videocalls for many years, I have several concepts for what community owners and members need - needs a technical lead/project manager to work with a couple web devs I already have who believe in bootstrapping, like the concepts, and are ready to make the time for our projects.

The first thing we'll build is the thing that will feed the top of the marketing funnel for the businesses which:

• Provide mods for communities
• Help communities grow in member numbers
• Monetize communities to benefit the community owner(s) (a huge need; Reddit/Discord/etc. take all revenue from the communities we build and keep 100%)
• Educate people on investing > co-invest in a way in which the community owner earns by bringing his members into the fold.
