CTO to join team for 4 experts building a global fintech platform

I am looking for the right person to join my fintech as the lead developer. This person will have a major impact on driving forward the broader tech development strategy for the company. To date, there are four of us committed to the project (CEO and Head of Commercial, COO, Head of Regulatory Compliance and a Chief Investment Officer). Combined we have nearly 100 years of experience in global financial services. For the right person, I see this role as being quite strategic, and a chance for this person to organically become CTO and build out the global dev team. But for right now this will be a flexible role with conversion to salary once we prove traction and secure investment. I also believe this person will need to bring on a number two developer to support and provide additional resources and capabilities ASAP.
