Curated Collection: "How to improve Customer Activation and Retention"

Hey Everyone,

Couple of days ago I shared a post about Onboarding which was basically a list of materials for learning how to create great Onboarding (Here’s the post: Best Practices for User Onboarding ). The main reason I curated this list was our need.

I said that I was also curating a list about activation and retention. My initial goal was to solve our activation and retention problem, I decided to start from onboarding thus I first curated a list about onboarding.

After sharing the list and continuing to search for activation and retention, I realized that it's a much broader topic (duhh, common sense).

I curated the list but it’s not finished yet. So, I’m sharing this list for 2 reasons this time;

• If there is someone trying to solve his/her problem, and needs to learn about activation and retention. They can use this curated guide without losing time with search and SEO pumped articles.
