Current Problems with No Code

What do you think are the current problems with No Code solutions?
Everytime i have used a no code application so far i wished i just coded it myself. Sure, no code maybe isn‘t primarily for developers, but many people who create new stuff are developers. A bit of a dilemma if you ask me.
So in the end it should serve the people who aren‘t developers and are currently hindered creating things by not being able or willing to code.
For that it need to be mostly easy to use and abstract away some of the decisions you would usually face, like „am i using flexbox, grid or position to center an element?“. This should just be „center this element“ and so on..
The problem here might be to find the balance between offering more complex stuff and being easy to use, but i‘m really just thinking out loud here :D
You bring up a great point actually. I feel there are only so much you can do with no code. You can’t get overly complex. How many basic apps do we really need? I’m sure an app to order pizza in one click will be a cool meme idea but is it really needed?
I haven't had time to research them all, but are any No Code solutions built with no code? I would think that would be the ultimate validation of the idea.

I think often times its UI/UX. Also they usually solve very "narrow scoped" problem.
