Currently at the user validation/Growth stage. Need Advice.
Hi. So I have this idea about an Info Product (basically an e-book) and I'm currently curating a list of communities that I can engage with relevant users related to the info product. Just wanted to ask if anyone had experience in this stage and would should I do.
One thing i do know is that I need to find more communities but thats about it to be honest.
Is that all that I need to do right now ? Keep engaging and waiting for relevant engagement to go up? or what should be the plan here?
Contact the communities and do 1-1 interview to judge the need.
I've heard that reddit is an especially effective growth channel at the early stage. I'm trying that out and it seems to work decently. There's a lot of self promotion sub reddits you can use.
You can also try searching for people who are asking questions that your product solves. I haven't had too much luck on Quora and Twitter with this, but I feel like it should work. Maybe I'm just not searching for the right questions.
Are you active in those communities? If not you should be. Build contacts / audience now.
Yes I have just started actively participating in those communities.
