Hey, sharing some of my findings after extended research about customer discovery interviews. Perhaps that would be helpful for somebody.
Intro:
- Why did you agree to be interviewed in the first place?

- Are there any metrics you can share in terms of order volume, monthly sales, growth percentage, etc.?
