Customer Engagement: Programatically voice calls

Hello,

I have this crazy idea to build a product/mvp where business can use my product to create programatically voice calls to call customers, this would help in problems like:

• Stronger authentication (Like 2FA)
• Improved customer engagement

I know that this already exists, twilio for example.

I had a quick look at twilio and for me it gives the impression their just doing too much, lots of stuff, lots of complex documentation, my idea is just to focus on being able to programatically create voice calls.

Any suggestion?
