Customer onboarding process

Hi there, I've been doing lots of sales safari, looking for an ubiquitous problem to solve and recently landed on the customer's onboarding process.
Apparently, teams are either dreading the manual process and manual follow up or the use of old spreadsheets when onboarding customers.
Are any of you, successful IHs feeling the pain, too?
