Does a SaaS business need cyber liability insurance? Have any of you ever filed a claim on such a policy?
I think most startups put in terms of service that they aren't responsible for any damage. Even service providers like azure or aws have that.
I know of a guy who was trying to start something on these lines, are you looking to get one?
