D2C Clothing Brand - Full transparency trying to sell the collection by Jan 2021

I'm the founder of a clothing brand called Rugby Warfare.
COVID has been terrible, it feels like I have to start from 0 (we've been going for 5 years) but we are underway with launch 1/2 of the Winter range.
I run the business solo, I do the FB ads, email marketing, SEO, content, copy, social media, and more. (I do have customer service and logistics employees).
I'm going to share everything I'm doing to try and sell out of the current range by Jan 2021.
