Recently, I've been thinking about cofounders.

Finding the right cofounder, planning for the worst and building/nurturing a strong, lasting relationship is both super important and super difficult.

But there isn't much good information/support out there to help founders do this well.

So a lot of us are making painful mistakes and losing either our partners, our projects or both.

We need to do a better job of removing the taboo surrounding cofounder relationships and educating founders on how to find, build and maintain successful cofounder relationships.

I've put some thoughts down here and I'd love to hear your opinions as well.
