Hey @joshdance, it would be helpful to be more specific about your needs. "Collect and display numerical ratings" is too vague.

Let me give you an example from the perspective of a technical person:

This is a minimal technical implementation that can add items, store a rating, and display them.

And it will be 100% useless to you, because this isn't the fully-featured system that you're looking for.

But we can't give recommendations beyond this extremely simple example without more context - or without making assumptions.

What should it look and feel like? What features does it need to support? What's your budget? Premade and less perfect, or custom work? Any technical restrictions (hosting environment, language, scalability)? Do you want just the back-end to plug into your own template, or a fully working front- + back-end system?
