The first thing that comes to mind for me is freshness. I want certainty the product will be as high quality, or better than what you can buy from a grocer, it shouldn't be sitting in a warehouse for a few days etc. I think you need some content about that.

Having a 'view' button is an unconventional pattern, it's obvious this is a cart software, so it should just be 'add' or something like that'

The add page doesn't have any textual copy, it doesn't inspire confidence. Need a marketing description of what it is, why it's been chosen in this arrangement, why it's awesome for me.

Some of the imagery used has quality issues which cheapens the brand to me. View the page on an iMac and many of the images and logo have kerning issues, jaggies etc. Recommend these are all re-exported at high quality.

You need a lot more 'trust' copy on the website - give me a FAQ, give me confidence about how and where it's delivered, tell me about how customers used and enjoyed your service.

If you nail those thing then yeah, it could work.

I've used a service similar to this called "misfit box" (https://www.misfitsmarket.com/). What sort of packaging do you use? I like the ability to compost my packaging and use it as sheet mulch in my own garden.

I totally agree with @adamski, the trust factor is an issue here.

It's lacking a lot of content here, by looking at the website, I need to be able to answer the following questions :

• Why are you doing this? What problem were you trying to solve?

• Who is it for? (Families ? Individuals?..)

• Who are the providers? Are they nearby? What's the story?

• What is the level of quality?

• what's the selection process? ( Is it a fixed choice?)

• Why do you think it's better than my current alternative?

The pricing seems high, when I saw $69, I had trouble to understand the size of the package and the target, I am currently assuming that this is for Families.

I would also recommend checking on GoodEggs or Brandless , both have terrific stories about food and their commitment to health and quality.

I just wonder where it is delivered from and to. The answer is probably a few clicks away but you want to show or provide a link on the landing page.
