hey nice site, everything looks good at first sight...
as a designer probably the only element that might look dissonant is the logo, and it looses a lot of detail when scaled down.
comparing it to other online retailers, the principal difference is that they make more emphasis on studio shots of the cloth, more artistic style, and show fewer items at the same time on the screen layout. I know this approach looks better but it's a huge effort to generate all the content and shoot each item.
but overall it looks good, at the end metrics will tell you if the site needs to be improved and what needs to be improved.
thanks a lot for your feedback i will correct the logo. with regards to the studio shoot it is extremely expensive and don't have budget for it that is why i have permission to use the designers images which unfortunately not always go together
A lot of the images such as this one https://coveti.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/My-Post-46.jpg are pixelated. This is because the image is being stretched to display larger than it actually is. Also, as @Primer pointed out, the text shouldn't be baked into the image.
thanks for feedback i completely agree with you for this image i used Adobe spark as i found photoshop time consuming especially i am not experience with it and for some reason the exported image is bad quality. will figure something. do happen to know any good tool that can design the images with high quality
I use a free program called GIMP to crop and resize images, and I'm by no means a designer. The best place to start would be to use a large image then crop/resize it to a smaller size. Right now, you're doing the reverse and that's why it looks bad.
