Some chores and such got ahead of me yesterday, good thing I did some of my items early. Here's to making Wednesday more productive.
TODAY:
KUDOS:
@bjames for chasin that MVP
This is an ambitious task list! Did you nail it?
Unfortunately no, I discovered a pretty bad issue on threadbase, so I had to sidetrack myself a bit. On the plus side, I've moved the custom domain feature for threadbase.io down to a lower pricing level. Still need to update the web copy to reflect that, but it puts that feature more in line with other website builder type stuff.

BREAKDOWN
Week 1: Tools week - I've got several additional tools in mind, I'm going to try to get at least two of them completed by the 8th. I'm also going to be fixing a couple of issues I've noticed with the current tools. I'll also add client side input validation, I'm only doing server side validation right now.
Week 2: Writing Week: Troubleshooting flow-chart and/or checklist, a couple of articles for the notes section
Week 3: Do some basic SEO, keywords, sitemaps, etc. More tools work or writing as time allows.
Week 4: Finalize the look and feel of the website, any design changes should be minor at this point. Explore some of the paid ideas I've been kicking around.

Have you specifically defined your MVP beyond 'complete minimum product'?
Might be useful to list target features so you have a baseline to aim for. It's also a useful list to reference for re-evaluation in the future...sometimes trimming features rather than building them is a productive route to MVP.
Honestly no, I've defined MVP as wherever I'm at on September 1st. That's sort of the deadline I've given myself before I start making any real attempts to drive traffic to the site.
MVP will probably be essentially a technical blog with a few troubleshooting tools, which isn't really my long term plan for NTN, but I'm going to see where that takes me. I do have plans for paid features, but that won't happen until the tools are more mature.
By end of August, I'll have launched early access to my Sales For Founders course, and generate $20k in presales.
I'll also have finally decided whether I want to say 'enrollment' or 'enrolment'.
EPIC:
Launch 'early access' version of course. Generate >$20k in prelaunch revenue.
BREAKDOWN:
Week 1: Redo landing page, record testimonial videos/welcome video, write funnel emails
Week 2: Set up either free webinars or free video course
Week 3: Redo course content
Week 4: Redo course content and launch

@Harlem for keeping me on the straight and narrow :)
The Louis is back in action! Sweet!
Question for you... do you ever utilize video that's not part of your official course, but is used as an incentive? If yes, how are you hosting that video?
I'm debating using my online course platform, but think that may be too cumbersome of a sign up process for the purpose of drumming up interest...
Yes and no.
I'll do a lot more of this in the future with a free 10-video course. I'll host those videos also on Podia probably (so that I can add easy links, worksheets etc).
I'll make those videos available to anyone without sign in, so they don't have to go through the process...
I have some other videos which i mention in emails/blog posts hosted on Vimeo. It costs me about $8/month.
Hmmmmm. I'll have to give this more thought! Thanks for sharing!
By end of August, I'll have proven whether my online course was a one hit wonder or a source of recurring revenue.
