    BREAKDOWN

Week 1: Tools week - I've got several additional tools in mind, I'm going to try to get at least two of them completed by the 8th. I'm also going to be fixing a couple of issues I've noticed with the current tools. I'll also add client side input validation, I'm only doing server side validation right now.

Week 2: Writing Week: Troubleshooting flow-chart and/or checklist, a couple of articles for the notes section

Week 3: Do some basic SEO, keywords, sitemaps, etc. More tools work or writing as time allows.

Week 4: Finalize the look and feel of the website, any design changes should be minor at this point. Explore some of the paid ideas I've been kicking around.

    YESTERDAY

    • Fixed the SVG in IE issue by using the PNG version of my logo instead

I also finished the easy SEO stuff

    • Sitemap is now dynamic
    • Created a default meta description, added some logic for meta descriptions from notes articles and wrote meta descriptions for each tool

    TONIGHT

    • Finally start working on tools again

    WIP: Envoy

    KUDOS
@suddu001 on doing the cold outreach... Take the feedback, iterate and look for real connections to change that cold to a warm contact.

    Side Note
Came up w/ a solution to deal w/ my impostor syndrome, crossroad dilemma, and being at the early early stages. I was having an identity crisis on how I and potential customers see myself today. The one-liner task really helped me nail down how I describe my role and story to the customer.

    1. 2

Imposter syndrom is a bitch, ain't it? What was the one-liner task?

      1. 2

Sure is and it was tripping me up too. The one-liner task was to draft one-line sentences to describe Envoy, who I am, what and why I do it. As you know this sista was having an identity crisis because of the early stage I was in (pre-product, problem-solution, and founder-fit). Plus, the insecurities from shutting down a failed startup didn't help.

This task forced me to face some demons and rebuke them so I can answer these damn questions. LOL

  9. 1

By end of August, I'll have proven whether my online course was a one hit wonder or a source of recurring revenue.

    EPIC
Launch evergreen course and sales funnel, earning 5K in revenues.

    • Purchase wardrobe for shoot.

    THIS EVENING

    • Find my way around ConvertKit.
    • Draft first email.
    • Review three scripts.
    • Add testimonials.

    KUDOS

@Davey for poking his head in. @suddu001 For fighting the good fight!
