Daily Standup #13 - Ticketing System

Today: Prototyped the majority of the designs now. Noticed there are a couple of pages missing from my wireframes so these will need to be done tomorrow.

Tomorrow: Add Wireframes for "My Account", "User Permissions (still not sure this is required)", "User Roles" and hook each up to prototype.
