Daily, Weekly, or BOTH?
I'm just starting into this domain. Right now I offer a free daily newsletter rounding up the last 24-hrs of Project Management and Business Leadership news/articles (top 5) @ https://TheStakeholderReport.com.
Do most of you do weekly newsletters or is it daily? I'm trying to find my grove but it's not clicking yet. Thus far I've got 50 subscribers and 90% click to open, but very few click the links within.
Also, I'm currently using Ghost, which I don't mind, but what other free platforms are out there that may be better suited specifically for newsletters? I know of Substack, but really, that's it.

Yeah I feel like daily is too much! Both for you and your readers. Have you gotten any feedback from them?
It is. I made the move to weekly with a major change in format. I realized my NLs were just news updates... very dry too. Thanks.
I do a weekly curated newsletter and use Substack.
A daily one for me would be too much work.

It is indeed. I did it only for two weeks and I think I may have alienated some readers. I've moved to once a week. Thanks for the reply.
We could speculate but I think a better approach would be to run an experiment: split your list in two (25 subs in each list). To one half, send a newsletter every day. To the other one, send it once a week. After a few weeks, see which group performs better for your metrics and adopt that model.
