Dapp / blockchain architect

Looking for someone with architectural understanding of the blockchain and some degree of technical knowledge.

The projects purpose is to change the way that a massive existing industry operates as a middle-man. It wil replace the middle-man with a community based Dapp, and reward each of those users who performs primary work. It will reward the other users, who do secondary work, when they perform in the same capacity of what the middle-man does now.
The current industry is run by a handful of multi billion dollar companies who take significant profits for little work.

The project would incentivise people to join early. It won't discriminate against just rewarding the rich enough people who buy their way in early, like a traditional company, but anyone who gets in early and actually works will be more than rewarded.

It would work like a whirlpool effect, attracting and incentivizing the best workers to the platform while discouraging the worst workers.
It would attract the paying customers through incentivizing aswell.

Why should you even talk to me?

Because my philosophy is to maximize blockchain technology for the greatest good possible and put as much financial reward into the most hands of those most deserving.

I have an intimate knowledge from using this industry since its early inception around 2004.
I have built a reverse marketplace (in the Transport industry(unrelated)).
I have experience in building a user base & app for real world biz problems (still working on it).
I have experience in business analysis, software engineering but I am not technical with blockchain.
Will collaborate.

I researched the space, and have not found any existing projects who are working on solving this yet and not in such a democratic approach.

Please email me from my profile so we can organize a chat.

Note, once the general idea is defined, it will be made public (according also to your guidance). I will explain the full concept and answer all questions in our discussions.

    How'd this go?

Hi, Pete! Sounds like an interesting idea, even if abstract. I'm not a blockchain architect, but why do you need your project to be based on blockchain?

      Hey Elnur
      Because of the tokenomics.
It needs to reward the users with its own coin. Essentially minting for work done. Secondary users would recieve it, but it's possible primary workers could have a choice of currency. Not sure on that. Prefer to do entire with platform with crypto class of payments and then prefer to do all native coin above that also.

Understood. I wish you good luck!
