Data driven analytics for customer feedback

Hello Fellow Founders,

I’m very happy to announce tagai.io’s first launch. It’s a tool meant to help product managers and founders organize and quantitatively analyze customer feedback without any coding.

At my previous product manager job I was using Airtable to tag and analyze all of my user feedback (customer support, surveys, sales…) and there were just too many pieces of feedback for me to tag manually and the queries weren’t that insightful.
The completely AI-automated solutions didn’t work for me either because I wanted to tag feedback with features, bugs and stories.

So with a former coworker (MIT Computer Scientist & VP of Engineering at hyper growth startup), we decided to build out Tagai:

• Tag your customer feedback 10x faster with a combination of keyboard shortcuts and AI
• Data driven analytics with user segmentation that allow you to answer questions like what are the top features, pain points or keywords that my churned users complained about?
• Dedicated search engine for all qualitative data with filtering and user segmentation capabilities
