Data model and Tool works. Can I really do this?

I’ve been working on a tool that optimizes online grocery shopping across multiple online stores in a single experience. We’ve leverage public apis with a couple of national chains and have a proof of concept that works across many potential use cases dependent on a users preferences.

Now that the tool is proofed out we’re struggling to add more stores as many of them need private data partnerships. Anyone have experience navigating this world? We are bootstrapped with limited capital and curious how expensive it would be for real partnership. Could we negotiate with rev share or equity? Is there a world we can pull this off without meaningful capital injected into the business.
