Day #007-#10 0f #100 Days of Code

Hi Guys!

Been a while.

It was a pretty crazy week but I made sure to code every single day and I'm pretty proud of that.

Spent this week building an image slider. Ngl, it was tough and it seemed like I battled a bug at every turn (and to imagine it's mostly just HTML/CSS).

Took a few tries but I finally got a hang of it and built one all by myself!

The big lesson I walked away with this week is: if you're learning with video about a concept completely new to you, find a resource where the instructor is actually talking and explaining the why of things.

Also, mix up your learning i.e video, audio, text.

The image slider is supposed to be part of the whole website I'm building but considering how long this took me to finally grasp, I went ahead and threw together a quick slider just to show what I've been up to this week.

It isn't perfect and it isn't responsive but damn, am I proud?

I really do enjoy making these daily updates. I find it oddly motivating and I hope this week I can do that.
