Day 1

Over the past 2 years, I've worked on 15 different products. They all failed. I worked on everything ranging from creator economy to web3 products to wild social media ideas. The one thing they all had in common was that I didn't have access to customers because I'm not a part of their communities. I'm not a creator. I'm not a web3 degen. I'm not very active on social media. I was unable to find customers because I didn't really know who they are.

For my next project, I'm leaning full on into my community - fellow engineers at mid-stage and big tech companies. I have very easy access to them. Most of them are willing to try out almost anything I make (almost to a fault). And I know their problems - after all, I am one of them. I am an engineer.

For my first act, I'm going to start with solving a problem I had when I was working at a medium size tech company. We all write design docs with fancy system architecture diagrams. But the infrastructure we draw in those diagrams often has to be deployed manually - through gcp console, cli, heroku, aws, etc. What if you could just click a deploy button on your system architecture diagram and have your infra generated for you automatically? What if as your product evolves overtime, and your infra inevitably changes, your system architecture diagram stayed up to date automatically? It's early, but I'm currently working on a proof of concept for this idea.

I'm going to show it to some engineers I'm close with and continue to iterate and validate after that.

It's day 1 again and I'm super excited to build for a community that I know.
