Day 1: Launched BandForge — validating before building

Building a website builder for musicians. Squarespace and Wix don't have music features. Bandzoogle does ~$5M ARR but feels outdated.

Launched the landing page today at bandforge.band. Collecting waitlist signups before writing any product code.

Current stats: $0 revenue, 0 signups. Goal is 100 in 2 weeks.
